NOVEMBER 18 – 22, 2019
SCIENCE WORLD – is on Monday, November 18th from 9:20am – 2:30pm for Ms. Jenna’s and Matthew/Kye’s classes.
WE DAY – Leadership students will go to We Day on November 19th. Students will leave from HSS at 6:40am SHARP and will return around 4:00pm to HSS. Please find additional information on the attached letter that was sent home with students attached to the permission form. We Day Letter
STUDENT PHOTO RETAKES have been rescheduled to Wednesday, November 20th, starting at 9:30am. Photo orders will be received in time for Christmas. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
EARLY DISMISSAL/STUDENT LED CONFERENCES will be taking place on Wednesday, November 20th. Students will be dismissed at 2:00pm to facilitate Student Led Conferences. Bussing will be provided for all routes except Britannia Beach. Please contact the school office to book an appointment at 604-892-5904 or at email@example.com . “NEON DAY” Spirit Day – The Leadership Students are having a “Neon Day” Friday Nov 22 so bring all your bright colors and make our school light up with color! Our goal is to “Be Brighter than the Sun” – Can’t wait till the 22nd.

LIVE DIFFERENTLY PRESENTATION for all Learning Expeditions students will take place in the gym on Monday, November 25th.
KINDERGARTEN SCREENING will take place on Tuesday, November 26th from 9:30 am – 10:30am. A letter was sent home with students to provide additional information about the screening.
AUDAIN ART MUSEUM FIELD TRIP – Ms. Natalia’s class will be visiting the Audain Art Museum on Thursday, November 28th from 9:30am – 2:15pm.
WINTER POTLATCH DATE CHANGE – Please be advised that we have changed the date for our Winter Potlatch from December 2nd to December 19th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
LOST JACKETS??? – We have SO MANY jackets left on the playground every day (see attached photo), so please ask your children to look through the pile outside or better yet, come by yourself to have a look!
MABELS LABELS PAC FUNDRAISER – Please support our PAC with this fundraising initiative. More details attached.
BOTTLE DEPOT FUNDRAISER – Please note that our school PAC has created a St’a7mes School account at the local bottle depot, so now you can help us fundraise by donating all your cans/bottles refunds directly to our school!
