Please find below important dates to keep in mind for the next few weeks:
DECEMBER 3 – 7
WRITING DAY – Join us on Friday, December 7th from 2:00-3:00pm in the Gym. Students will get the opportunity to write their Christmas Cards or to Santa. We will have a mailbox to the North Pole but all other letters/cards will need to be mailed from home. Please bring your own Christmas cards if you are able. We will have some cards on hand and festive writing paper.
DECEMBER 10 – 14
OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP CLUB MEETING – If your child had signed up for the Outdoor Leadership Club please attend a parent/student meeting on Monday, December 10th at 3:15pm in the Library. Please note that this club registration is now full.
GREEN THUMB THEATRE – Cultural Journeys will be visiting Valleycliffe Elementary on Tuesday, December 11th at 11:00am to watch a presentation.
WINTER TLA’ASHEN – Will take place on Wednesday, December 12th from 5:00- 8:00pm. We invite all families to come and celebrate with us! If you are able, please bring a dish to share.
EAGLE WATCH TOUR – Cultural Journeys will visit the Brackendale Dike on Thursday, December 13th from 9:30 – 11:30am to view and learn about the Eagles.
EXHIBITION NIGHT – Learning Expeditions will be showcasing their learning on Thursday, December 13th from 6:00- 8:00pmin the Gym.
CHRISTMAS COMMUNITY CARE PICKUP – The last day to donate to this program will be on Friday, December 14th.
GRAD PHOTO RETAKES – will take place at Howe Sound Secondary on Friday, December 14th. Appointments can be booked online at www.mountainwest.ca

COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS CARE – as in past years, we will be participating in the Community Christmas Care Program. From November 30th– December 14th, we will be collecting non-perishable food items or new toys, in the front entrance of the school. Please donate if you are able.
