Dear Cultural Journeys and Learning Expeditions Families,
Wow! What a great first week! It was so nice to see all students, families, and staff after missing them over the summer! We also wanted to welcome all of our new students and families, especially in kindergarten, who have just joined us this year. It’s going to be a really exciting year!
The teachers in Cultural Journeys have started on their “No ever one loses by being kind” theme and you can see lots of “kindness” ideas around the hallways. The Learning Expeditions team spent the whole week on “team building & culture” in their classes…so don’t forget to check out the classroom doors! You should also have received their weekly “e-blast” last Friday with more information.
Every Monday you will be receiving our “Weekly Update” from Gayle in the office. This email will let everyone know what is happening in the school and also to give a heads up on any upcoming events & activities. Please feel free to reply to Gayle or myself directly if you have any questions regarding the weekly updates.
Once again, we are very happy to have everyone back with us and look forward to being kind and doing amazing work!
Please see important dates to keep in mind for the next few weeks:
